Data Security, Printing and Proof of Service Our services run on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. Data and documents submitted to us are secured by bank-grade SSL/TLS encryption in transit, and are encrypted at rest on AWS servers. EDEXIS does not outsource document printing or mail production to third-party printers or fulfillment centers. We own and operate our own in-house mail production facility in northern California. Our fully-trained team of mail production employees print and assemble each order, and we provide our eSigned legal Proof of Service form for every mailing and electronic delivery order.

Our technology systems and networking are managed by our dedicated enterprise-class Managed Services Partner. Their comprehensive security services include firewall management with rule-set reviews, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Services (IDS/IPS), event alerting and management, internal/external vulnerability assessments, system integrity monitoring and data backups.
