Our HIPAA-trained and backgrounded team of mail production employees print, assemble, transport and deposit
thousands of mailing orders to our U.S. post office each day. Unlike many other document mailing services,
we do not silently outsource your sensitive documents to a network of third-party outside print houses.
We operate our own secure commercial mail production facility in northern California.
We track and trace every mailing.
USPS mail tracking and delivery information for all Certified Mail and Priority Mail recipients is viewable from your
EdexOne dashboard. USPS mail tracing (automated Intelligent Mail Barcode scan data) is also available for most
recipient addresses in the United States, including First-Class envelopes and flats.
In-transit data provides assurance your mailing is in USPS custody for delivery.
